McKay Lang is providing design and construction management services to the Salvation Army for a seismic upgrade programme that covers most of the South Island. For this programme, we are using local tradies and consultants to undertake the work, but are acting as the main contractor in regard to the programme and Health & Safety.  This ensures the Salvation Army receive value for money through a competitive tender process and a managed programme ensuring completion in accordance with our programme to minimise downtime in the property.
